Farrah Fawcett was remembered Tuesday at a Los Angeles funeral that was full of love, emotion and prayer.

In a Los Angeles cathedral that was filled with yellow, white and peach flowers, and in a service that included a rendition of "Amazing Grace," as well as a bagpipe performance, Farrah’s longtime love Ryan O’Neal and their son Redmond O’Neal read bible passages to say goodbye.

Redmond, who was allowed to leave jail for his mother’s funeral, gave the first reading at the funeral, followed by a reading from his father, who said that his son did a beautiful job. Many mourners expressed their love and support for Redmond.

Making one of his first public appearances in nine years, the late Michael Jackson took to the stage in a 2006 tribute to him at the World Music Awards.

Beyonce presented the King of Pop with the Diamond Award – an award given to artists who have sold over 100 million albums. The event also marked the 25th anniversary of Michael’s landmark album, Thriller.

The tribute included a performance by Chris Brown.

Ryan O’Neal, Alana Stewart, Kate Jackson and more stars and family are currently remembering Farrah Fawcett, who passed away last Thursday, at a downtown Los Angeles funeral.

Family members including Farrah’s father, James, and her son, Redmond O’Neal, are present at the farewell service, as well as her longtime love Ryan’s daughter Tatum O’Neal. Other stars in attendance include "Ghostbusters" star Ernie Hudson, model Cheryl Tiegs, actors Garry Shandling and Dick Van Patten, and hairstylist Jose Eber.

The service is being held at Our Lady of the Angels Catholic cathedral in downtown Los Angeles.

In a sea of rumors and misinformation, one story that is gaining serious traction is that the late King of Pop did not father his kids.

Though Michael and Debbie Rowe were married in November, ‘96 it’s been widely rumored [and not yet denied,] that their children’s true father is Arnold Klein – who was Jackson’s skin doctor and Rowe’s former boss. “He is the dad,” says an insider. “But he and Debbie signed an agreement saying they would never reveal the truth.”

Debbie even admitted in 2002 that she carried both children – Prince Michael, Jr [born Feb 13, 97,] and Paris [born, April  3, 98,] as a favor to Jackson, “I said, ‘Let me do this. “ she told reporters. “You need to be a dad. You have been so good to me,’ Both children were conceived outside the womb, then implanted in Debbie, who gave them both life.

And just to add depth this sad, cryptic tale, it’s now been discovered that Michael never filed the papers to adopt either them, or his other son, Prince Michael II – who is also not the star’s biological heir.

Yesterday, the courts granted Momma Jackson custody of the kids until life settles down, but under California law, Debbie could still get Prince I and Paris back in her care, unless a Court rules it would be ‘detrimental’ to them. So she could be mounting a challenge real soon – and if she does, you’d better get ready for war.

With American Idol on current hiatus, salary figures for the upcoming season are now being leaked – and they make a quite a sickening read.

With income from his various works already tagged by Forbes Magazine at $72-million a year [including $36-million from last season’s ‘Idol,’] Simon Cowell has now been offered four times that amount to remain with the show when the next season starts – up to $144-million…A year.

American Idol is Fox’s crown jewel – netting around $900-million in income and fees, so Cowell’s new fee looks almost sane. And given the fact that, without him there’s no central ‘hate figure’ and no cat-fight with Paula, the aptly-named, ‘Judge Dread,’ is said to be eager to grab a fat slice of that pie.

“This is about properly owning himself. Everything he does – New formats and programs, not just the ones starring him,” a close friend told Post reporters.

And sources say this is merely ‘Step one’ in the former EMI mail-boy’s egocentric campaign to build an international home of production, management and merchandising combined, so the 49-year old Cowell can make more untold millions from just his ideas – without ever needing to do a day’s work.

Simon’s existing contract expires in May, and if he gets the new raise you can expect a lot more commercials. Fox has so far declined to confirm that the figures are right, but the talks are ongoing and we’ll keep you advised.

After being callously dumped on national TV, during ‘Bachelor’s, Season 13,  Melissa Rycroft has found true love at last.

The 26-year old Texan is now sporting a very large ring, after accepting a proposal from boyfriend, Tye Strickland, whom she’s been timeshare-dating for more than two years. “He’s my best friend,” Melissa told People in April when their latest connection was announced to the press.

Tye, an insurance agent from Dallas, asked the big question at Southlake’s ‘White’s Chapel’ last Friday, and presented Melissa with a box that even had its own lighting to make the sizable rock really sparkle. The answer was yes, and the new couple then buttembled their parents and friends at the Brio Tuscan Grille on Grand Avenue to celebrate their big news. Mel even sent a tweet to her fans over Twitter.

A former Dallas Cowboys cheerleader, Melissa found fame on season seven of DWTS, and her upcoming husband was often seen in the crowd. But with her just-announced role as ‘Special reporter’ for ‘Good Morning, America’ it’s hard to know when she’ll have time to get wed.

On Sunday night (June 28), Janet Jackson bravely offered some words of tribute for the death of her brother Michael Jackson at the BET Awards. Janet Jackson, 43, is the youngest of the nine Jackson children.

She said:

“My entire family wanted to be here tonight, but it was just too painful so they elected me to speak with all of you. I would just like to say that to you, Michael is an icon. To us, Michael is family, and he will forever live in all of our hearts.”

“On behalf of my family and myself, thank you for all your love; thank you for all your support. We miss him so much.”

On Friday night (June 26), Tila Tequila was spotted at the 22nd Annual ASCAP Rhythm & Soul Music Awards, sporting a revealing red dress as she happily struck a few sexy poses for photos on-hand.

Meanwhile, the “A Shot at Love” reality star used her name to delve into alcohol beverage promotions, the folks over at Examiner have come up with a tasty concoction pulling on the MTV starlet’s Singapore roots.

Called the “Tila Tequila Cocktail,” here’s the ingredients and directions:

Ingredients:

* 2 oz Gold tequila
* 1/2 oz cherry brandy
* 1/4 oz Grand Marnier
* 1/4 oz Benedictine
* 1/4 oz Grenadine
* 4 oz Pineapple juice
* 1/2 oz Lime juice (fresh)
* 1 dash Angostura bitters

Fill to top, or to taste Club soda
Pineapple slice (garnish)
Cherry (garnish)

Directions:

* 1) Combine tequila, cherry brandy, Grand Marnier, Benedictine, grenadine, pineapple juice, lime juice, and bitters into a cocktail shaker half full of ice.
* 2) Shake vigorously.
* 3) Strain into a tall gla** (Collins or highball).
* 4) Fill to top, or to taste, with ice and/or Club soda and garnish with a pineapple slice and a cherry.

Meanwhile, GaGa talks about the rumors that one of the members of the Pussycat Dolls came onto her, saying:

“I don’t like to kiss and tell, the girls and I are very close!” she tells. “I get along with them all really well. Carey dressed up in drag as the rapper while filming her new music video “Obsessed” in New York City Monday.
