Many couples these days have a pre-nup arrangement that works out their course if the marriage goes wrong. TLC stars, Jon and Kate Gosselin, have apparently gone one step further – Kate’s now given Jon a license to flirt.

Sources say the couple have a new contract, in addition to their marital papers, in which Kate gives Jon the freedom to date other people, providing these affairs don’t interfere with their show. Her brother and his wife have told reporters that Kate made it clear to Jon their marriage is over, and they are both now at liberty to do as they like – as long as the cameras are gone.

Kate’s brother, Kevin Kreider, told reporters Jon was presented with the agreement detailing Kate’s rules, with no room for doubt; Jon was apparently stunned by Kate’s coldness and her absolute focus on fame from the show.

According to Kevin’s wife, Jodi, both Jon and Kate have ignored all their problems to keep ratings high, and their marriage is a ‘train wreck’ which requires teams of people to still make it look good.
